Twice each year, I design and assemble Premier Properties. Premier Properties is a high-quality publication that is published by Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. The magazine consists of 120+ pages of listings, community content and ads. I am responsible for all steps of the process from gathering content to sending the files to print.
Each quarter, Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty publishes a market report for all of the towns we service. I redesigned the report from 28 (one for each office) tri-fold mailers, to one comprehensive high-quality report.
The thought process behind this project was to make data from other towns accessible to everyone (instead of giving every community a report based only on their area). The report is now a 18-20 page booklet professionally printed on heavy stock with a luxurious soft-touch coating. It features beautiful community photography and promotes a handful of listings. The report is broken into 4 distinct sections: Queens, Nassau County, Suffolk County and the East End.
Nurtrue is the result of a collaborative Senior Capstone project. I joined forces with a classmate to design an all-natural baby nutrition brand. We aimed to create a line of baby food that would give parents a healthy, on-the-go option. Our concept: 100% natural freeze-dried baby food in recyclable containers, complete with to-go spoons.
Highly inspired by the colors and simplicity of Scandinavian design, we aimed to evoke a light and fresh feeling across all consumer touch points including: packaging, website, ads, retail, apparell, etc.
Beauty Advisor | Personalized Skincare

During my co-op at Olay, I created a prototype for a mobile shopping tool. Inspired by high-level research of the skincare industry, hundreds of customer reviews and observing consumers in-store, I came to the conclusion that women really do want to purchase products, they simply just have no idea what products will be effective for their skin-type.
My Solution? Connect each shopper with a live beauty advisor who is available to live chat, talk or video-chat/Facetime to help each and every shopper understand which products would be best for their specific skin-type.
Olay just recently announced "Skin Advisor." Skin Advisor is based on the same insights that women are "overwhelmed by the products they see on shelves and unable to pinpoint what they want" – Olay Company Executives.
Skin Advisor is essentially artificial intelligence that gives each shopper a personalized skincare regimen based on a photo of their face. This is a cost-effective solution that is now available with today's technology.

Unilever, global consumer goods giant, approached our class of RIT seniors, to visualize how some of their best selling brands could appear on a premium level while being highly sustainable.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team of 6 students (2 graphic design/2 industrial design/2 packaging science), we envisioned Tresemme leading the haircare industry in sustainability. Touring facilities such as American Packaging Corporation and Pactech, we studied the materials and processes of flexible pouch manufacturing, and used this information to fuel our designs.
Through high-level research and surveys, we found that consumers are comfortable with the concept of purchasing refillable flexible pouches for soaps (such as Method) and that introducing this refill system to the haircare industry would be not only welcomed but accepted and used by the consumer.
Out of 7 teams of 6 students each, our team was awarded 1st place. Unilever felt our designs were the most well-rounded and our sustainability mission was impressive.

Envision is a 3D Design & Rendering company that I started. I saw an opportunity in the home-improvement marketplace to offer 3D visualizations of what renovations would look like before demo day.
I feel people are beginning to expect (and desire) the level of home visualization that HGTV Fixer Upper and Property Brothers provide their clients. I aim to provide those looking to renovate their home with 3D Models and Renderings showing them what their renovations will look like in advance. This allows homeowners to envision the space and feel confident in their product, layout and texture choices.
